Adam Francis Proulx (pronounced 'Proo') is a Dora Award-nominated performer and theatre artist with a lifelong passion for puppetry. Although this passion truly blossomed during his time in the Original Canadian Cast of Avenue Q, his mother has photo albums to prove it started much earlier.
Over the past decade, Adam has performed and built puppets for his own productions, as well as for stage and screen productions worldwide. He runs the Pucking Fuppet Co. based in Toronto, Canada. Currently, you can catch him on LidoTV on CBC Gem, and as Fuzz on the Canadian Screen Award-winning show The Fabulous Show with Fay & Fluffy on Family Jr.
